Nice Hotel, but the rooms could have been a bit more warm. You need to change the hairdryer in the room, but appreciated the big TV and large offer of teas bags.

I would give ZERO star if I can! I’m a loyalty customer to Genting for the past years but this time the experience I had is outrageous! I forgot to bring my membership card with me so borrowed my boyfriend. When I was in reception the Newcastle casino lady scanned my card and said it’s not yours then CUT MY BOYFRIEND’S CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. This is appaling! I was appalled! Then I asked why she didn’t ask me at least explain it to me what is the regulation because I still can use my DOB and full name to get in anyway. Instead of apologizing, she rolled eyes to me and said I don’t need to explain to you, I can get another card if you need.
You can get good and drink while playing games. So proud of the environment aswell, it's very clean and welcoming. You should visit. Unfortunately i didn't take a picture as i was on duty.
Rodents seem to be a problem exacerbated by discarded food and litter. It’s just disgusting. The prices of a number activities was a bit unreasonable and sometimes fair. This place and the people who love it is not for me.
I would encourage the hotel to take steps to address this issue by providing better training for their staff on how to interact with guests. hopefully the hotel can improve the guest experience and prevent this from happening to others
I've stayed in this hotel on a few occasions. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bedrooms are beautiful with floor to ceiling
It's a good place to visit. We went to nandos and the serving staff were horrible with along wait time to get in to sit down.
The club room gives you access too the club lounge for a few hours in the evening with complimentarily drinks and snacks available which was hosted by Nevin who is honestly a fantastic ambassador for your hotel providing great service . I also visited the hotel bar later in the evening and they make great cocktails. The breakfast was great provided in a beautiful surrounding with eggs cooked freshly . Vegetarian options are available too. And the breakfast staff really wanted you to enjoy your meal.

This was the venue for my organisation's annual conference. It was easy to get to from the city centre. It's a nice looking building and spacious. The toilets were clean and l had a lovely time in this place.
